- MCC or State Counselling Registration Slip
- Seat Allotment Letter
- Class 10 Marksheet and Passing Certificate (Date of Birth Proof)
- Class 12 Marksheet and Passing Certificate
- Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
- Recent Passport-Size Photographs (same as used in NEET application)
Category Documents (If Applicable)
- SC Certificate
- ST Certificate
- OBC-NCL Certificate
- EWS Certificate
- PwD Certificate issued by the authorized medical board
State Quota Documents
- Domicile Certificate
- Residence Certificate (if required by the state counselling authority)

- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Migration Certificate (for students changing boards/universities)
- Medical Fitness Certificate (if required by the allotted college)
For NRI / OCI Candidates
