Following legal graduation, one of the most competitive and well-liked programs is the LLM, also referred to as the Master of Law. Those who have finished three- or five-year legal programs are eligible to pursue an LLM at NLUs or other public or private universities. The National Law University’s CLAT PG entrance exam, which is required for admission to LLM programs, opened for registration on July 1st, 2023, and will remain open through November 2023. The other private and public colleges’ LLM admissions process for 2024 will start in April or May.
To apply for an LLM programme, students must have graduated with a minimum of 55 percent of their degree from a law school accredited by BCI. To pursue an LLM program, they must also pass a number of LLM entrance exams, including AILET PG, URATPG, LSAT India, and others, with a respectable score.
